  • Pre-Order Products: If your order includes pre-order items, the estimated processing time will be specified at checkout.

Shipping Options and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery by the next business day (for orders placed before 12 PM EST).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping + Handling Rates

  • US shipping is a flat rate of $3.99.
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts).

International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us at hello@holygrailskinco.com for availability and rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor its journey.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Holy Grail Skin Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, if you encounter an issue, please contact us at hello@holygrailskinco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.
